The Wedding Planning Process

Step 1

Fill out the inquiry form under our Contact page, and I'll reach out to you within 24-48 hours.

Step 2

Schedule a call with me so we can see if we're a good fit for each other, answer any questions, and learn more about your desired package.

Step 3

We're a match! I'll send over a contract and invoice in 24-48 hours. Your date will officially be booked once you've submitted the deposit.

Before Your Day

I always follow up with a questionnaire and a call a month before your wedding to ensure we have everything we need to document your day. You'll have unlimited planning calls throughout the process, and we'll always be here to answer questions via email.

Super8 Videography Packages

All Super8 wedding packages include all raw Super8 footage taken of the day.

All Photography wedding packages include 2 photographers, rolls of 35mm film, unlimited planning calls, and 10% off if you book us for both photo and videography.

Travel Fees

Travel fees are an add-on to any package for events out of New York City. Travel fees may include transportation, accommodations, and/or flights.

Travel fees are typically estimated at the following:

North Georgia: $250
New England area: $350
United States requiring a flight: $600-1000

Please inquire directly for international travel.

Travel fees may be discounted or waived if you meet me at any of these locations in the month. Please inquire for the specific date or weekend.

Frequently Asked Q's

Where are you based? Do you travel?

We’re based in New York City but travel frequently to our family home in Atlanta. We travel to wherever our couples need us to be!

Can you provide both photography and videography on my wedding day?

Yes! You’ll get 10% off your package if you book us for both packages. As we’re a two-person team, Ginny will be the photographer and Ryan will be the Super8 videographer.

Can you photoshop me?

I typically don’t photoshop anything outside of temporary blemishes. If there is something you’d like me to be mindful of, please let me know before the session and I’ll do my best to be mindful of it!

How many photos will be in my final gallery?

We aim to give you about 50-75 images per hour of service. We want to make sure you receive as many photos of your day as possible and will not hold back on providing you everything we have!

Do you offer multi-day packages?

Yes! Let us know if you need multiple days of coverage. We typically bill by the hour and add travel fees, if applicable.
